What if...
"Every step that you make
could be your biggest mistake
it could bend or it could break
that's the risk that you take"
What if by Coldplay
Most people ask themselves: What if I would have been there? What if I would have done that? What if I would have worked here? what if I would have accepted that job offer? and it’s always more what if... It could even be an endless questioning.
All this uncertainty comes to our minds because we want to accomplish dreams, plans and goals. As human being, we are always looking forward to getting what we want, so it is impossible to stop dreaming and longing, nevertheless what if we just do not say "what if" anymore.
Would that not be great for our mental health? We would act and do whatever we want but we would not regret about it. However, that does not go in the same direction than our nature.
Then, another question comes out… How do we avoid, as much as possible, wrong decisions in life?
It sounds quite more sensible, but I do not think a right answer for it does exist. I believe everyone deals with troubles and tough decision by themselves. Even so some of them could affect life strongly and, probably, change drastically our future.
Having said that, I highly recommend discernment. Yes, I know, it may sound religious to you, but it is not. Discernment is a precious and necessary resource in life when planning to live happily and trying to avoid the expression what if in life.
Besides, it is always better, depending of your beliefs, to pray to God or whoever/whatever to believe about important decisions. A right discernment will help us to carry our life easier and to accomplish everyone’s wish, HAPPINESS.
So I invite you, everyday, to take a moment to pray, meditate and look forward in life. Always remember that someone is out there longing to love, help, listen and talk.
Love is the best way to feed our souls, so lastly I want to invite you to love without expecting a reward; you will be paid back in life because Poetic Justice does exist, even when you do not see it so easily.

Very nice!
What if I prefer to take the risk of failing than the security and commodity of discernment? It's true that discernment may keep us out of risks... but is safety what we want in life? Is the meaning of life keeping ourselves in the safe place? In fact I do believe that we're God's greatest risk: creatures who can choose to love him or not...
